To upgrade to the new version please:
Download the latest version from https://orbweb.me/download/ and install it.
Download the new mobile app from Google Play or App Store by searching Orbweb.me.
If this does work properly, please uninstall Orbweb.me (from Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features). No need to restart your PC. Then reinstall the latest version.
