I have a LAN chip that supports remote wake, but when I shut down my computer or put it to sleep, it does not appear as wakeable in Orbweb.me portal.

If you have more than one LAN chip on your computer, there may be conflict between their drivers, resulting in remote wake not functioning properly. Only use one LAN chip at a time, or disable the second card.
